First of all, I said nothing about American objectives, but merely that they
benefitted greatly from the outcome of the war, as we became the current
superpower.

Secondly, your secondary US WWII objective is incorrect. Please show
documented proof that the US set as its secondary WWII objective the breakup
of the French and British Empires. Please document exactly where and when
the US undermined its allies.

I note that you employ the phrase 'undermining their former allies,' which
indicates that you are speaking of the post-war era [*former* allies]. If
so, then clearly state this. If you are not refering to the post-war era,
then avoid the use of the word 'former.'

If you are talking about the post-war era, then you can not be discussing
the US's WWII objectives, but rather their post-war objectives, Please state
this clearly.

I have a sneaking suspicion that you do not know what you are talking about,
but we shall see.

Of course we understand that the Soviets won most of the ground war in the
European theatre. That was not disputed or even mentioned. Go back and
reread my post and the stop over-reacting. Thanks.
