_Secular Milieu_ by John Wansborough

I've managed to track down a web listing -- at the UofL library yet,
supposedly -- for Crone-&-Cook's _Hagarism_, but no luck finding any
Wansborough (JOHN Wansborough the "islamicist", not Henry Wansborough 
the Christian theologian, whose stuff is all over). I've tried ABE,
Amazon, WorldCat, eBay, Powell's, etc. etc. etc.; except for some bad
reviews by some angry mullahs -- and of course some discussion in Ibn
Warraq -- it's like the man's books have been zapped off those parts
of the planet I can think of trying to reach. 

Any ideas? Like, anybody have _Secular Milieu_ handy?
