Probably Canada, Nordic countries and some others, who combine capitalism with sensible amount of social welfare. And for some level USA with voluntary charity as well. But that goes only for the people of those countries, and not even all of them. Under capitalism, the vast majority of world's population remains poor and needy.
Of course, the vast majority of the world's population does
not live under capitalism, nor does it have political or
social freedom, both of which are essential ingredients. Meanwhile, the poorest people in America (which has a
comparatively large degree of capitalism, plus substantial
amounts of political and social freedom) live better lives,
on average, than that selfsame vast majority of the world's population.
Perhaps it is a coincidence.
The poorest im America, on average, live worse lives than the poorest people in Canada and the other countries with more enlightened social policies.
