That is not what I was discussing. As with all hypothetical histories, all
conditions must be well-defined before we can proceed with discussion.
Neither of us did that, and so misunderstanding has resulted. Please state a
well-defined geo-political situation in which our hypothetical is likely,
and I will then modify it in order to compromise (or tell me to generate the
starting condition, and you can modify them).
