Flotsam & Jetsam (list of extended and new scenes from TTT extended DVD

 A while back in this newsgroup I saw someone say he hoped that a
"Flotsam & Jetsam" scene would be included in the extended-edition TTT DVD.
So, for that person, and anyone else who is interested...

  Someone else said he hoped we'd get to see at least some part of the fight
between Gandalf and the Balrog going up the Endless Stair.  I was too.
