Yes, _assuming American involvement_. If America had stayed
scrupulously neutral, then American resources would have had little or
no effect on the war -- because the bankrupt British and Russians
couldn't _afford_ them. Google on "Lend-Lease," and pay particular
attention to the REASON for the name.
