RIP Bruce Alexander Cook

I'm sorry to report the death of Bruce Alexander Cook who wrote
the Sir Henry Fielding historical mysteries (as simply Bruce
Alexander).  I've enjoyed these, and am sorry there will be no
more.  I still have the latest one to look forward to, at least,
as I haven't read it yet.
