Really? Truly? I was an E-5 in the Navy. Never went to a
strip club, but there was Amsterdam. Wait, there was a place
called Babes in Indiana (yeah, there were sailors in Indiana
in 1984). They had topless dancers. Does that fill my strip
club requirement? 

Served five years. Four years on a destroyer out of Norfolk.

On topic tattoos and body piercing: A chief, with a drunk
on, got "GOD BLESS JOHN WAYNE!" tattooed on his one pec 
and "FUCK AUDIE MURPHY!" tattooed on his other pec. Didn't
remember a thing the next day. Later had the Murphy script
covered with a sailing ship. And, of course, the young
sailors would put a toothpick in their earlobes as makeshift
retainers.
