I had a great experience with them as well, about a year and a half
ago. I may have written a review -- I don't remember -- but the
steel-inlaid ebony I got from him has been the most comfortable and
most beautiful jewelry I wear. I get compliments on the plugs a lot.
They're my daily wear, and stay stunning despite the wear-and-tear
that entails.

Wil was very cool about updating me, as well, even when there was a
delay due to sudden order influx, and I got some sort of discount for
my next purchase. I've since lost the proof of that, but I plan to
order again even without it.
