Its on the small of my back so its an area that does not move around
that much. I'm avoiding any movement that irritates the sore spot. 
Gosh I love it!  I can't stop from staring at it in the mirror!!

And yes I was being sarcastic about the dancing HELPING IT. I thought
the comment fit in nicely with the "advice" I was receiving from Mr.
Snarky Pants.
