So why not become "in the know"? Some basic research could answer
several of your questions about gauge, placement, etc.

If you're looking for a ring that doesn't have beads or other parts
for a chain to snag on, you might want to try a seamless ring, like
this:

You might also want to research weighted and chastity labia piercings,
which seem to have some elements in common with what you're
