Thanks for the insult, tino!  I was already VERY familiar with my
competition before I even made the post you responded to.  I was
merely curious as to what people's preferences were.

For example: What payment terms would one prefer: a monthly fee LESS
than what either Netflix or Greencine charge, or a "per-DVD" charge
LESS than what animeforest.com currently charges?

But I really do appreciate your response :-)  Your email was rather
helpful as you indicated other factors (e.g. Fast response times, and
availablility of popular titles) as being integral to you.  Just chill
on the insults, please :-)
