Maybe you should familiar with the competition before going about such
plan.  The best anime  rental business is greencine.com, probably has
every R1 anime disc imaginable.  Slower than netflix since they only
have the center in west coast.  My Netflix return time is insane,
since I live only 15 minutes away from one of their center.  However I
am going to cancel the service because I am running out of desirable
title from them.

For Pay-per-rental there's only animeforest.com.  Usually I don't rent
from them 4 bux a disc.  But some of the series on Netflix n Greencine
is so popular is impossible to rent the disc.1, for exampleHaibane
Renei, Noir, etc.

If you want to start your business in east coast, there 's still
chance.
