What would your perfect Anime DVD rental service be like?

Hi there!

I'm in the process of setting up my rent-Anime-by-DVD business, and
would like to know how you, our customers, would prefer to be served.

(1) How would you like to pay for rentals?  A $10 Monthly
subscription, or a $3.99 pay-per-DVD-rented fee?
With the former, one is allowed to hold onto a maximum of TWO anime
DVDs for AS LONG AS THEY LIKE - with no late charges!  Thing is, in
order to receive the next Anime DVD on the person's list, s/he would
have to return at least one of the DVDs currently in his/her
possession.  On the other hand, a "pay-pre-rental" scheme would
require that the customer pay for each DVD rented (probably about
$3.99) and would have to mail it back within 15 days, or be accessed a
late charge.

(2)If you absolutely HAD to choose between having an exhaustive
selection of every Anime DVD released in the U.S, and a guarantee of
having multiple copies of the most popular Anime DVDs always
available, which would you prefer?

(3) Any additional requests/concerns/issues/options I haven't
considered?

The service (I shall mention our website URL upon completion) has a
LARGE (if not exhaustive) selection of all the available Anime DVDs
legally released in the U.S.  A Pre-paid postage return envelope is
sent along with every DVD mailed to a customer.
