Gundam 0083 - The Winner English lyrics

No, this isn't a request for English version of the lyrics (I know
where to get them).

My question is, what are the English lyrics you hear in the background
of the song?
The ones during the chorus and at the end of the song sound pretty
obviously like "THE WINNER" (though I may be wrong)
But the one during the bridge has me stumped.  It sounds like "FREE
WISHING".  Help!
