Spirited Away is at least (I don't think it's quite full -- I haven't
compared it with the CD, but there's less selections). I'm pretty sure
there's a Mononoke piano book too.

As for orchestral? If they are available, they'd likely be VERY
expensive. Orchestral scores of music still in compyright run from $40
for a SHORT piece and up, and that's US-available stuff. Long stuff can
get VERY expensive, and that's even if they're published for consumer
consumption at all. Often if an orchestra wants to perform the scores,
especially for music written for media, everything needs to be rented
(parts often need to be rented where scores can be bought).
