After a couple months of mostly off (as in "on and off") modeling, I finally finished modifying the shoulder armors for the HGUC HyGogg, and have made the first 4 resin copies--I improved the mold after the first 2. The modification to the kit shoulder armor involved removing all the interior snap together pegs, and the PV joint that hold the large shoulder armors to the shoulder proper, then adding a detailed interior with all the correct panel lines scribed in. Now, when the kit's shoulder armors are in ANY position besides "cruise" mode, they will not look like cheesola snap together crap! Next step will be adding the interior frame that mounts to the shoulder, and building the shoulder itself. I also have the kit monoeye replaced with a pivoting LED mount, which is waiting for me to finishing the soldering and LED attachment. This is going to be fun! Mark Wilson
