Gundam SEED kit question

Since the Aile Strike pack from the HG kit is interchangeable with the
little First Grade version of the kit, I had a thought.

Could I buy the little 1/144 Sword Strike kit and use the parts to make the
HG Strike Gundam into the Sword Strike?  Are the parts interchangeable?
Could I do the same with the Launcher Strike?

And has anyone gotten the 1/144 HG Ginn?  If so, how is that kit?
