[Banner of the Stars II] Oops!

Interesting error on the third "Banner of the Stars II" DVD.  On the
front cover the title of the third volume is "Return".  However on the
spine the title is "Only the Beginning..." which is the title of the
third volume of "Banner of the Stars".  I'd like to know how they
pulled that off.
