I agree wholeheartedly - that's why I've said from the beginning that this
should have been a "quarter hour" show.

Uh, he's only in his late 20's. Middle-aged is usually considered 40-60.

The implication from the earlier episodes is that they haven't. I've got to
wonder how much nerve the creators of the show have - Go's younger brother
seems a much better match for Anna that Go.

That's part of the satire, that Go is so unreasonably old-fashioned.
