Yes there are two.  There is the original Nuku Nuku manga
by Yuzo Takada which is collected in one volume with a
new story called Phase 3 and 1/2 and the Shin Nuku Nuku
manga that was done in 1998 and is collected in one volume
as well.  AD Vision listed Nuku Nuku as a manga title
when AD Vision Manga was announced so I hope they
follow through with that.
