Average audience ratings for anime in Japan for 7/7/03 to 8/3/03

Since my comments about the ratings of Kaleido Star attracted some
attention, I've decided to calculate the average ratings of the series
listed in this month's Newtype USA and list the series by their
average ratings.  This is different from the Newtype ratings table,
which lists the series in alphabetical order.  All ratings are in
percent (percent of what, I'm not quite sure).
