I see that psychotic sociopaths in Japan have learned how to deny personal responsibility. Let's hope the courts do not buy into it.
Not with Japan's 99+% conviction rate, they won't.

Because if it was, I'd say Japan's pretty
messed up. That's guilty until proven inoccent. That's Orwellian. Why bother with lawyers?
To be honest, at its worst, Japan's legal system *can* get pretty Orwellian. But the 99% conviction rate is also because the police are choosy. They *won't* bring charges unless they are absolutely *sure* they can get the conviction.
