It seems like a one off thing here to me.  The event's to promote the
forthcoming release of Nurse Witch Komugi-chan Volume 4 and the upcoming
broadcast of This Ugly and Beautiful World, both of which look to be
fanservice-tastic.  Since both are Geneon properties...

What was the picture on volume 43's cover?
