Ranma Mystery Girl

        In the season 6 episode of Ranma 1/2, "A Cold Day in Furinkan",
Ranma takes a flying kick at a snow monster.  When she hits, there's
some "impact grafitti" on the screen.  I noticed something funny so I
watched it again with the playback slowed down 90%*.  There's a girl
I've never seen before.  Here's a screen capture.

        She has Ryoko (from tenchi) style hair.  She's yelling and is
making 2 fists.  She doesn't appear in the rest of the episode and I
never saw her in an earlier episode of Ranma 1/2.  Does anybody know
what that picture is?
