Well, it's not as distracting as "Eureka" Misamaru from "Nadesico".

I know.  I was complaining about spelling it "Teletha" rather than 
"Theresa" or "Teresa".  And wouldn't "Tetha" be the proper nickname 
for "Teletha"? :)

I rented the OAVs a couple years ago, and I don't remember anything
about the dub.  But I'm oretty sure that different personnel are
onvolved.

It's good, but "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Along Complex" has the 
best opening theme.
