"Cromartie High" (Crokou) is a shoot-n'-forget type of anime.
Don't try to *think* anything. If you see it, just start the counter
missile maneuver running out of the combat area dropping chaffs
and flares around, you'll be KIA otherwise.
As the matter of fact, I don't remember "white sticks with blue blubs"
thing. The show has many elements that I can't understand. Most of
the characters, for instance. But the show isn't something that the
audience will understand. Just watch, laugh and forget.
