Thank you so much! This is simply the most reasonable answer to my
post, yet. I suppose they didn't want to disrupt the network by moving it
once gotwoot.net was back up but that doesn't mean they couldn't list it on
either of these lists:

http://gotwoot.net/series.php?p=info&sec=17
...which is the source of my confusion.
