Definitely.  And I would rank the 1st season in third place (for me
the 5th season is the best, then 3rd, then 1st, then 4th, then 2nd).

It moves faster as the series goes on.  The 1st season has by far the
most filler of any of them.

It's strange that they changed the ages of the characters in the
anime.  In the manga I believe Mamoru was 17 (or 19) and Usagi was 14
at the beginning, but in the anime I think Mamoru is over 20, although
I could be wrong.

I'll be curious to hear your thoughts once you complete the season.
