Ehhh, people can usually, if they try, take a step back from the 
situation and consciously relax.

...on the other hand, if bringing it up makes you feel better instead of 
worse, then more power to you.  Yay for therapeutic ranting!  ;p  I was 
mostly concerned that you were going to get MORE angry instead of less.
