Lucky, you, having just discovered TechTV. I had it from Day One of Anime
Unleashed and it was fun getting new anime 4 nights a week with a weekly
2-hour block of that week's episodes repeated on Friday but, It was so popular
early on, they added a second half-hour where they replayed some of their
earlier series and even added an afternoon showing. Alas, they eventually ran
out of new stuff, played what they had to death, then pushed the main late
night hour back to midnight, cancelled the afternoon repeats, and then shoved
it back to 1 a.m. and cancelled the same night encore re-airings. They did
pick up a few new shows after the big first wave but, other then the 6 episode
OVA of "Gatekeepers 21" and "Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure", they sucked,
so, I haven't really watched it in quite a while.

"Banner of the Stars 1" and "Geneshaft" marks their first new anime since the
dreadful "Boogiepop Phantom" and "Soul Taker" that arrived with "GK21" and
"Dual!" a few months back. So, in short, it has been sort of an "anime
wonderland" for you and a "ghost town of repeats" for us. Even their weekly
Friday late night chat has been really suffering from the constant stream of
repeats, up until recently.

Oh, what the heck, here's a review of TechTV's Anime Unleashed series:
Crest of the Stars - Loved it and have watched selected episodes 4 or 5 times
[1].
Lain - Interesting 90s classic. Seen once, not really re-watchable.
Betterman - Decent mecha series. Caught a few repeat episodes. (Loved the
Lizard Girl.)
Silent Mobius - Disappointing series that bored me and I quit on it half way
through.
Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure - My favorite series. Have watched nearly
every re-airing.
Gatekeepers 21 - Not quite up to the standards of the original "Gatekeepers",
which I'd love to see, again.
"Boogiepop Phantom" and "Soul Taker" - Hated both and gave up after the first
episode.
Banner of the Stars 1 - I'm enjoying this, of course.
Geneshaft - I'm looking forward to its arrival this Friday night/Saturday
morning.
