>yeah. Because Haruka was knocked out for three years. It's hard to develop >any character when she's unconcious. > No, the scale was imbalanced since episode one. Look how much chemistry Takayuki and Mitsuki had. Look how much screen time they got. Why did Takayuki stop to chat with her in episode two at the expense of his appointed date? Twice! >He's reluctant to let go of someone who >was REALLY important to him. Since that someone came back, it's a conflict >because he's realizing he may have used Mitsuki as an emotional crutch. > He cares for them both. Yes, he did use Mitsuki as an emotional cushion initially, but he grew to love her. Yes, he loved Haruka and still does care about her A LOT, and yes, he's wavering right now. But that's not the point. The point is the have given so much focus on Takayuki and Mitsuki's relationship that it dwarfs his relationship with Haruka. >>From Mitsuki to Narumi, affection can clearly be seen. However, Narumi >really hasn't shown much affection to Mitsuki. He bought her that ring I >guess. So, you're saying that talking heart to heart, walking while holding hands, eating dinner together, hugging, playing "love games" [the cups] is not a display of affection? My God, I've been in a false relationship all this time!!! ;p >Heart of the problem is that Mitsuki intercepted in front of Haruka while >she was still alive but unconcious. Oh please. Takayuki isn't even married to Haruka. They went out for what? 3 months. In their mind Haruka would never wake up. You're making it seem as if Mitsuki is a really bad person. If she was she wouldn't try being his friend for A YEAR. She would jump into bed with him a mere week after Haruka's accident. But yes, that's causing her self imposed guilt, which is why Haruka's awakening is a chance for her and Takayuki to mend the weakest joint in their relationship. Albeit in a very emotionally draining way. >I guess certain elements are predictable. Haruka will eventually regain >awareness of the present time, she'll find out about Narumi and Mitsuki, and >those two girls will probably faceoff in some sort of climax. Haruka's battle will be decided AND fought for her by others. She will remain ignorant most of the time. >with the way Narumi behaves, it's still up in the air for who'll end up >being dumped; for me anyways. My guess is that the writers are creating >equal amount of relationship with both girls and have one of them get dumped >in the last bits of the series cause right now, relationship with Haruka is >on the upswing while relationship with Mitsuki is deteriorating. Of course their relationship is a downspiral. The plot is engineered to flow that way. These later upcoming episodes will be very emotionally painful for Mitsuki, but not so much for Haruka. Mark my words.
