You need to work on your lack of originality (though this is partially
canceled out by your ability to bring in the anti-semitism), and if
you can work in some actual acts of Japanese atrocity next time (think
Rape of Nanking) instead of merely alluding to them.  Also, try not to
make your bogus statistics *quite* so obviously false-- any time I
hear something like '75% of Japanese teenage girls have STDs", my BS
detector twigs.  You could easily reference some of the wilder
articles at http://mdn.mainichi.co.jp/waiwai/ if you can't come up
with a plausible statistic.

All in all, a workable journeyman effort.  I'd give it a 7.5/10, but
only because I'm sure you can do better, and I don't want to bias the
rankings so early.
