     I've decided to take the plunge and get a Yu-Gi-Oh deck.  Anyone
out there have tips on deck-building?
     Should I buy more than 1 starter set?  Or 1 starter + booster packs?
Which booster packs are best?  Metal Raiders?  Labrynth Of Nightmare? 
etc. etc.
