Yes, it was -- I vivdly recall seeing it in the episode "Wild Horses".

Interesting way they managed to get it off the ground, with no SRBs or ET 
-- a horizontal takeoff, using just (apparently) internal tankage, some 
JATO bottles slapped on the nose, and ye olde arrestor hook boost....
