Tie a rope around one of Juggy's feet, toss the other end over

and he'll just hang there upsidedown, looking stupid.

And this rope is made of Adamantium, I trust? Otherwise he'll
just break it.

If he can't bend over far enough to reach the rope - and with
his bulky type armor, I doubt he can - and unless he's in
one of those incarnations where he can generate a force field or energy bursts or whatever - the only way he could break the
rope is if he can hit it with his other foot. Otherwise he's in the same situation as when he's sunk in concrete: Unlimted strength, but no way to use it.

Um, if you tie string around my ankles, I can break it the same
way I can break string around my wrists. Pull 'em apart. If you
have it tied like a noose, I can pull it open and escape. If you
have it tied so it won't move, I can break it. Sure, I can't exert
as much force with my legs that way as I could by kicking, but if I
was Juggernaut it's still going to be in the range of lots'n'lots
of tons.

If you look more closely, you'll note he said that it was only tied
on one foot.

Which makes little difference. Hook your other foot into the
rope. If you're strong (which Juggy is -- a lot more than I am, and I
could do this, at least up until the breaking part coming up)you
then twist your foot around and pull on the rope until you get a
loop of it around the formerly free foot. Break rope between feet.

Or, you just do bends and bounce hard on the rope until it
breaks. With his strength, there's even worse tricks he could pull.

I'm not arguing that there's many things he could do with his strength, which in fact I pointed out before, but I'm amused you actually think he'd be able to hook his other foot into a tightly knotted rope. Juggy has BIG feet, and he's not agile.

Blade

Tightly knotted? No. Into the length AFTER the knot. The part that extends to the tree or whatever that you have him hanging from. If you're reasonably strong, you effectively pull yourself up slightly and then get part of the rope twined around your other foot. Then break rope.
