In the Spider-Man vs. Juggernaut issue of Spider-Man, Spidey went all out and couldn't budge Juggernaut by a single inch. If somebody who can bench press an armored truck can't move Juggernaut, then a counterweighted rope won't do it either. Actually, this is misleading. The trick depends on Juggernaut's current power level. At the time of the story, Juggy had full 'normal' power, which seems to include mystic forcefield effects. He later became MUCH more powerful. He is currently a lot weaker and possibly would be temporarily stopped by rope. (Temporarily as he is now barely agile enough to reach it while handing upside-down). -Essex
