Must be a strong rope.  Would also have to prevent him from reaching 
anything ELSE...the ground, whatever the crossbeam is attached to, trees, 
whathave you.  Possible, but hard to accomplish properly.

Tch.  The Hulk's been hurt by forces far less powerful than Ranma's 
punches.  Though, having him shout like that, you must be talking about 
anime Ranma, so I don't care. ;p
