It's too bad Roy had to make it a personal in-house pissy contest about 
how Mike was managing *him* personally and the employees--

If he'd decided to play for principle and slipped in a third-paragraph 
grievance about Mike jumping off the "2-D is Dead" cliff and shutting 
down the studios, the news would've played THAT aspect of the letter to 
the hilt, and some real martyrdom/agitation would've been acheived--
But, nope, we just have to wait and see whether "Home on the Range" will 
help things any...
