The only churches the UKoGBaNI officially recognizes is the Church of
England (with a branch office, the Church in Wales) and the Church of
Scotland. This is the Established Church. The reigning monarch is Head
of the Church.

There is no body in the UK to 'recognize' churches that I know of.
Anyone is free to practice any religion (or no religion) without
needing anyone's approval, subject to obeying the law.
