How many catfish?

I have a 30 gallon community tank with tetra's, mollies, zebra's and
live plants.  How many catfish are recommended?  I currently have one
white tip shart catsfish and one plecos.

What about food?  Should I supplement their diet with catsfish or
shrimp tablets?
