Overfed angelfish? Pregenent?

Hi, I recently bought 2 1.5 inch angelfish for my 45 gallon community tank.
They are both white, so it makes it very easy to notice changes in them.  I
noticed that they both have bulges near their pectoral fins.  They seem
natural looking, as they are even on both sides of the fish, and the fishes
behavior hasn't changed.  So my question is, are they pregenent, or are they
bloated for some other reason?  I feed twice a day, using Sera Vipan flake
food for about 3-4 minutes, and I do a 20-25% water change weekly.  Thank
