except for the neon's the others will do fine.  If you get domestic bred
angels, about half dollar size they should grow up fine with the neon's.  at
least until the angels decide to be parents and evict them.

as for plants...   the reed type plant should do ok.  be aware you will want
substantial lighting for your plants.also some plant food.
