your guppies won't care one way or the other if there  are no females
but just to let you know the barbs should by all rights   cut your
guppies tails to ribbons within the week..leading to all sorts of
bacterial and fungal problems to the guppies if not outright death the
three spot gourami isn't such a sweet heart either
