Re: cured vs uncured live rock



Cured LR smells fresh and can be used in an existing setup.  You can put it in
as you can afford it, if you can't afford all of it up front.

Uncured smells exceedingly foul, usually has blackened areas of rotting mass.
Do not add uncured LR to an existing setup.

Rule:  1-1.5lbs/gal
