Maybe you should read more before you spout off on something you don't know shit about. All Cisco routers have the capability of assigning a user specific MAC address for the purpose of making the device portable on a network. All any of my customers need to do in order to pick up a new IP address is to put a different MAC in front of the modem. Next time, I will be sure to write a book so that the dumb fucks like you won't have to ask stupid questions.
