Filteration

Is an Atman 3338 external filter enough for use in a 350 litre tank? I have
read somewhere that water needs to be cycled 3 times an hour, but this
filter is a 700 lph. My dealer says it ok, but would like the expert opinion
of you guys as well please??? Also, is it best to use the spray bar or just
let water straight back in to tank?
