Mine did the same at about 4 weeks into the cycle. I reduced the light in half for about a week and its gone now and has been for a month. I'm now running the lights 8 - 12h per day. Get some crabs and turbo's and maybe a fish or two to help complete the cycling but introduce them in intervals.
