I take about 20 thick slices of Spam and array them on a large platter, then crack 2 dozen raw eggs right on top. Then I bake it for 24 hours at 1,000 degrees F. Sprinkle on a little cheese, and -- CULINARY HEAVEN!! Monty Python was telling us the truth all along!! I could go on and on but we just got Amateur off of regular Spam and onto "Spam Lite" and I don't want to tempt anyone beyond what they can bear.
