guppies are dying, swim bladder disease?

My fish were fine for a year.
Lately I have lost 2 guppies and 2 more are sick.
they are getting real thin and have very awkward swimming.
They are also always pregnant.

I did check water and I clean filters every 3 weeks.

what is this and how do I  treat it.
